Technical Requirement and Community Reminder

Here is a reminder of the main requirements for the challenge:

Main Requirement: Create an EOSIO smart contract which can store and invoke EVM (Solidity) Smart Contracts in a virtual Ethereum-like environment. Please see the technical requirements for further information.

In addition:

  • All submissions must be an EOSIO Smart Contract that adheres to the technical requirements. The format for submissions is strict: so be sure to read all requirements carefully, and re-read them often.
  • All submissions must include BOTH a link to your publicly accessible GitHub Release AND a matching zip file containing the Release code. (Include any required deployment files and instructions needed for testing your project).
  • Submission testing will occur approximately every three months.

With that being said, whether or not you have started building your solution for the EOSIO Smart Contracts Challenge, the Slack Workspace is the perfect place to connect with other developers!

Not only can you bounce ideas off each other and ask other developers for technical help, but you can also ask the Devpost teams questions!

Looking for a challenge team?  The Slack Workspace can also help you connect with potential teammates.  (You can also search the challenge Participants Page to message other developers.)

A team may be a great way to conquer this challenge.  Remember: the $200,000 prize will go to the first individual/team to solve the challenge.

Get connected and get building your EOSIO smart contract - we can’t wait to see your solution!
